The consulting and training related to collaboration and business partnerships, constitutes one of WOTRA’s main consulting areas.

Companies and individuals come across collaboration and partnerships in all of their development phases and all sectors regardless of company size. There are, however, several differences in the understanding of collaboration and partnerships, namely in the reasons as well as approaches for the connection.

Companies, and also individual regions, can achieve great competitive advantages using collaboration and partnership approaches, but we need to know that it takes at least some knowledge about partnership strategies and the management of such connections in order to achieve optimal and long-term effects. We are used to take into the account traditional and online channels on pre-defined target markets in order to prepare suggestions for improvements. You will receive the written report with suggestions in order to be able to adjust your partnership strategy and introduce changes in your business.

Before we start validating your existent channel partnerships and propose you improvements and/or new collaborative approaches we would need some details from you as seen from requirements below. Although we are familiar with many sectors (including software, business support services, final consumer products, wood, printing, tourism, and many other sectors), some groups of products or services might be out of our expertise and therefore in some cases we will not be able to support you.

Some channel partnerships are more demanding and you must meet several conditions to enter them. You may already have troubles entering successfuly one or another market and/or channel. In this case, we recommend that you use also our online consultation in addition to this validation service.

We would need the following information from you before we start:

  • information on your company, country of incorporation, website (if any);
  • what are your prefered target markets and customer segments;
  • your products/services that you sell with standards and certificates (if any) for the target markets and segments;
  • do you sell already the products/services, on which markets, via which channels;
  • describe your difficulties (if any) in entering any specific market and/or channel;
  • describe what are your expectations in your strategy (if any) regarding your marketing and sales (especially in relation to the target markets and segments.
